ANS is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated technologist to join our Dynamics 365CE Business Applications Pre-Sales Practice. In this role, you'll be be focussed on Dynamics 365CE and Power Platform Pre-sales engagements and will:

Work with the Account Managers and functional Solution Architects during customer facing engagements to:

Lead data-centric discussions with the client through discovery meetings
Scope technical requirements for Data Migration, Integrations and overall Technical Architecture
Assist with providing Effort Estimates
Assist with creating Sales Proposals and Presentations
Present Technical solutions and proposals to prospective clients
Work with Solution Architects to respond to technical questions on bids and tenders
Deliver Technical Demonstrations
Deliver Technical Proof of Concepts
Provide best practice recommendations and guidance on technical solutions

Deliver Microsoft Catalyst and ANS specific engagements directly with customers across the following areas:

Envisioning Workshops
Business Value Assessments
Solutions Assessments (Technical)
Dynamics CE/Power Platform Configuration and Best Practice Reviews
Transformation Road Map Development and Prioritisation

Support and develop Junior presales specialists to both increase the team’s operating capacity and ensure best use of time:

Offloading repeatable / low-complexity tasks
Supporting and developing team members on lower value/complexity opportunities

Practice Development - Work with the Presales Practice Leads to develop and deliver:

New Solution and Go-to-market offerings aligned to ANS’ engagement model
Offerings that align and build on Microsoft’s current and future engagement models (i.e. Catalyst)
Solution Accelerators and Productised Offerings aligned to specific use cases and verticals
Develop content for Marketing and deliver training into Sales Teams

Work with Senior Solution Architects across other ANS disciplines to create:

Cross-technology Solutions (i.e. Data, AI, Application Development)
Blueprints and Patterns to add differentiation to solution proposals

Work with Delivery team to:

Mature the capability and develop best practices bi-directionally
Streamline handover into delivery and managed services
Ensure continued improvement of accuracy with Effort Estimation

Work with Marketing to

Develop Technology focussed content
Lead Events

Experience in Microsoft Cloud Technologies and Dynamics 365CE is a requirement for the position as is experience of complex enterprise application integrations. A good working knowledge of IT and data security governance frameworks such as GDPR is important as is the ability to demonstrate experience of customer data modelling. That experience will have ideally been developed in either an engineering or consulting capacity for a Cloud Services Provider.

Key technical skills required

Ability to extend D365CE configuration and functionality (using Plugins, Cloud Flows, Embedded Canvas Apps)
Ability to build integrations to D365 CE (using Cloud Flows, Power Apps Data Flows, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps and Azure Function Apps)
Experience of data modelling and ETL
Extensive knowledge of 3rd Party Solutions commonly used in Dynamics 365 Ecosystem
Experience of developing Application Lifecycle Management solutions using both Azure and Dataverse components

Ability to evaluate and scope complex technical requirements
Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills
Ability to build strong customer relationships and earn ‘trusted advisor’ status
Client and sales focussed with the ability to influence prospects
Possess strong sense of teamwork, integrity, self-motivation, positive ‘can-do’ attitude, and work to solve problems
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously
