What is the new Dynamics 365 Customer Insights?

Dynamics 365 Customer Insights now combines the previously separate Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Dynamics 365 Marketing into a single, comprehensive marketing solution.

While the name remains the same, the new offering includes both Customer Insights – Journeys (formerly Dynamics 365 Marketing) and Customer Insights – Data (previously the standalone Customer Insights).

Is this implementation approach right for me?

When will I go live with Dynamics 365 Marketing?

The time to complete the onboarding program may vary depending on individual requirements and your availability. This will be discussed during the initial review, but a realistic timeframe will be a project delivered over 2-4 weeks. 

How can ANS help us plan and execute our campaigns?

This onboarding programme is a collaborative effort between ANS and your organisation. Our goal is to help you get started and succeed with Dynamics 365 Marketing.

We will provide guidance and support to ensure you have a solid foundation to quickly launch your initial campaign.

What training is provided?

You’ll have access to our library of Dynamics 365 eLearning modules, featuring the essential processes and functionality to help everyone quickly gain familiarity and confidence using Dynamics. Tutor-led training courses can be scheduled by allocating time from your ANS managed service subscription. 

What support will I receive?

Your team will have access to our helpdesk to resolve any Dynamics 365 Marketing issues and questions. Your subscription also includes access to technical consultancy and training resources to configure changes to your system and give you as much knowledge transfer as you need. 

How is Dynamics 365 Marketing licensed?

Dynamics 365 Marketing is tenant-based and metered by the number of contacts used, unlike other Dynamics 365 apps licensed per-user. 

Customers with a minimum of ten qualifying Dynamics 365 licences can deploy the marketing app from £616.50+VAT per month. Qualifying licensing include Enterprise and Professional licences.

For new customers or existing Dynamics 365 users with fewer than ten qualifying licences, the price for Dynamics 365 Marketing starts from £1232.90+VAT per month.  

These rates include capacity for up to 10,000 marketing contacts, 100,000 marketing interactions and 1,000 SMS messages per month. 

Customer Voice is the recommended solution to distribute surveys using Dynamics 365 Marketing. The above licences include usage for Customer Voice with a capacity of up to 2,000 survey responses per month.
