Microsoft Dynamics 365 Licence Offers for Charities.
Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise
Access the full sales automation capabilities of Dynamics 365, free for up to 5 users. Additional user licences for eligible charity organisations are discounted at £19.50 per user/month.
Dynamics 365 Sales Professional
Deploy the core sales automation capabilities of D365 Sales Professional at the discounted rate of £13.40 per user/month.
Dynamics 365 Customer Service Professional
Essential customer care capabilities, including case management are available for £10.30 per user/month for eligible organisations.
Dynamics 365 Team Member Licence
Allows users to complete basic tasks and read data. Team Member licences are available at the discounted rate of £1.64 per user/month.
Power Apps Offers for Charities.
Power Apps Per Plan
Modernise routine processes to increase efficiency by deploying custom apps built on the Microsoft cloud platform. Tech for Social Impact offers a donation of up to 10 free users of the Power Apps per app plan.
Additional Power Apps per app are available to eligible non-profits at £2.10 per app/user/month.
Power Apps Per User Plan
Alternatively, charities can licence the Power Apps per user plan, enabling individual users to access multiple apps at the reduced rate of £4.10 per user/month.
Power BI Offers for Charities & Non-Profits.
Power BI Desktop
Unlock data insights using interactive visualisations and embedded AI capabilities.
Through Tech for Social Impact, Power BI Desktop is available free for eligible charities.
Power BI Pro
For advanced analytics, including real-time dashboards and reports, the Tech for Social Impact grant reduces the prices of Power BI Pro to £2.50 per user/month.
Annual Azure Grant for Non-Profit Organisations.
Tech for Social Impact enables eligible non-profit organisations to access an Azure grant of up to USD $3,500 in service credits per year.
This enables UK charities to run servers in the Microsoft data centre and access the complete portfolio of Azure cloud solutions and services. A separate sign-up is required to access these credits on the Non-Profit Azure Onboarding Concierge and Success Centre.
Microsoft 365 Free Licensing & Offers for Charities.
Microsoft 365 Business Premium helps charities strengthen cybersecurity, reduce costs and empower staff and volunteers to work from anywhere.
Through a Tech for Social Impact grant, Microsoft 365 Business Premium is free for up to 10 users.
Available apps and services include Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Exchange, Intune, Azure Information Protection, OneDrive and SharePoint.
Additional users can be licenced with Microsoft 365 Business Premium at the reduced rate of £4.50 per user/month
Alternative Microsoft 365 offers for non-profits include:
- Microsoft 365 Business Basic – free grant for up to 300 users
- Microsoft 365 Business Standard – a reduced non-profit rate of £2.50 per user/month, including desktop versions of Office apps with premium features
