On Wednesday 6th December, we had the pleasure of welcoming our fantastic Partners to our Manchester HQ for our first ANS Partner Summit 2023!

 

The day was filled with informative and thought-provoking sessions including our strategy and vision, delving into our broad and innovative product portfolio, understanding the latest market insights, predications for 2024, and most importantly; the ANS Partner Programme and how we’re building long-lasting partnerships by pushing boundaries and shaping the future of technology with our Partners.

1.     Staying ahead of the curve with digital transformation

With PSTN switch-off, the Full Fibre roll-out, and persistent talk around A.I, that is driving customers to look deeper at what is available to them, we’ve seen real appetite for digital transformation services in the channel. By helping our partners take ownership of the Business Applications workload, we prevent your competitors from gaining an advantage.

Copilot will revolutionise the workplace, similar to how Microsoft Teams has saturated the market over the past few years. Copilot functionality will be utilised by users like second nature, just like how we utilise spell check on a daily basis today.

Copilots within Microsoft’s Business Apps allows resellers to deepen customer relationships and enhance performance in sales, marketing, and service through Dynamics.

 

Security

Modern cyber security skills gap “Cyber Security resources are still 3.5m short globally; Gartner recommend to partner and build capability”.

Security is more important than ever with a 400%+ increase in cyber-attacks last year alone. Attacks are getting more and more sophisticated every day.

Business alignment is one of the biggest bridges for translating how business assets are protected against the changing landscape risks, but turning this into a business opportunity through increased uptime, customer trust and improved productivity.

With some of the best experts in this field and the best security offering in the channel, ANS can help partners with our security offering, and drive customer knowledge and guidance through workshops, events and community alignment.

 

Data & AI

2023, the year of the ‘AI’ Boom; “87% of organisations believe AI will give them a competitive edge.”

AI will reinvent every industry. Our predictions for 2024 are unification of Apps, Partners, and Vendors. It’s absolutely crucial to work with vendors that have the tech, skill, and expertise in this.
