Hi, We’re IT Naturally, an award-winning B Corp Managed Service Provider who is proud to be a B Corp™ blending exceptional IT support with a strong commitment to people and the planet.

Our amazing team of experts make IT management seamless, so our clients can focus on what they do best. The real measure of our success is our customers being able to forget about IT, because when IT Naturally is your MSP, it just works.

Founded in 2019 by Julie Bishop and Richard Gardner, who met while working at Thomas Cook, we’ve grown into a 50-strong team delivering IT services to clients across the UK and Europe.

What does your company stand for? What are your values?

We collaborate with industry-leading technology partners like Microsoft, ServiceNow, eSentire, and Ironscales to stay at the forefront of innovation, ensuring our customers and our team benefit from the latest advancements. Our approach with our customers is collaborative and transparent, we work closely with people to understand their goals and deliver solutions that drive success for their business. Ultimately, what do you want your company to be known for?

Above all, we want to be known as the Managed Service Provider that customers say offers the best customer service, that they trust to handle their IT seamlessly, allowing them to focus on their core business. We aim to be known for our technical excellence, ethical practices, and unwavering commitment to people and the planet.

 

Are there any technology areas on your radar screen/any trends in the market that interest you? And why?

We are interested in advancements in cybersecurity, automation and AI. As cyber threats become more sophisticated, robust security measures are essential to protect our customers’ data and operations. AI-driven security tools, such as predictive threat detection and automated response systems, are becoming invaluable in staying ahead of potential breaches.

Automation tools continue to streamline IT processes, enhancing efficiency, reducing the potential for human error, and freeing up teams to focus on strategic initiatives. Meanwhile, AI is transforming how we manage IT infrastructure – from intelligent monitoring systems that predict and prevent downtime to AI-powered service desks that improve response times and user experience.

Additionally, we are exploring sustainable IT practices, seeking ways to minimise environmental impact through energy-efficient solutions and responsible resource management.

 

What is your biggest achievement/what are you most proud of?

We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved in the last 5 years, its so hard to pick one – from our industry-leading accreditation’s like ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and Cyber Essentials Plus, to the strong, lasting partnerships we’ve built, including with a leading EU airline. But what really sets us apart is our people. Our low staff turnover speaks volumes about the supportive, engaging culture we’ve created, and we’re just as committed to giving back, proudly supporting local charities that make a real difference in our community.

Achieving B Corp™ certification in May 2023 was a milestone that truly reflects how we work. We were looking for something that aligned with our values, and B Corp™ was the perfect fit. It underscores our commitment to balancing profit with purpose, ensuring our decisions positively impact everyone – our employees, customers, community, and the environment.

 

How do you see your company evolving?

We want to grow sustainably, focusing on deepening relationships with customers who share our values. We are always looking at continuous improvement in our processes and services and that will remain a priority to maintain high customer satisfaction.
