This recognition spotlights the outstanding performance of our entire team, as well as our close strategic alignment with Microsoft, and the significant impact we’ve had on our customers across the UK through Microsoft Cloud.

We’re already a member of Microsoft’s Inner Circle, which makes us even more proud to highlight our team’s accomplishments using Microsoft solutions. With six Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals (MVPs), a Fast Track Recognised Solution Architect and one MVP Regional Director, we have an impressive hub of Microsoft expertise.

We also boast six solution designations, which have helped power our fast growth. We’re particularlyproud of our go-to-market strategies and close alignment with Microsoft’s priorities, which have driven a remarkable 26% year-on-year growth for our Azure business, thanks to the effective utilisation of Microsoft’s funding and programs.

Commitment to community and diversity

The award also celebrates our constant dedication to supporting the community and nurturing the next generation of diverse tech talent, aligning with Microsoft’s values.

Recently, we celebrated the 10th anniversary of our OFSTED-accredited apprenticeship programme, the ANS Academy. This programme, along with our wider community outreach activities, reaches 12,000 young people annually, fostering the growth of the next wave of tech professionals. And this is only getting bigger with the recent announcement of our Academy-as-a-Service, offering the same outstanding programme to our channel partners.

Our community-focused projects have made a real impact. Some recent stand-out initiatives include reducing the carbon footprint of energy company Calisen and assisting charities like Facial Palsy UK in leveraging the possibilities of AI through Microsoft-based solutions. These efforts are a fantastic reflection of our rapidly expanding AI practice. This is growing even more with the launch of ourCopilot and Security for Copilot offerings in April 2024.
