We were awarded for the positive and healthy business culture that we’ve developed over the years, in which people can be themselves and thrive in.

At ANS, we want our team to do the best work they can wherever and whenever that may be, providing the tools and support they need to develop their careers whilst crafting a diverse working culture.

Our award-winning and Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ programme inspires young people to build successful careers in a safe and supportive environment.

We’re a tech business delivering outstanding technical apprenticeships. The launch of the ‘Academy as a Service’ as an addition to our expanding ANS Partner Programme is testament to our continued investment in the next generation of talent in the UK.

We want to grow our own talent and develop engineers using cutting-edge technologies, as well as support young people and others in the local community, and our partners with opportunities to lead into careers in tech.

Channel Champions event took place on Thursday 4^th July at Regents Park, London. Hosted by Comms Dealer, where the daytime event recognises phenomenal achievements and success in the channel.
