Leading digital transformation provider, ANS, has been recognised for its Women in Tech campaign by Gartner. Gartner provides actionable, objective insights, guidance, and tools that enable faster, smarter decisions and stronger performance on an organization’s most critical priorities.
According to the report, “To help product leaders lead their organizations forward, Gartner interviewed five companies that are employing best practices to build a culture of value through gender diversity” ANS was one of 5 companies interviewed.
Since launching the campaign in January 2019, ANS’ Women in Tech campaign has had 3 ambassadors, held 3 events with over 80 attendees, partnered with Microsoft on a number of initiatives, amongst other organisations, whilst also managing to increase female representation in its own workforce by 3% to 20%.
ANS Women in Tech Ambassador 2021, Megan Corlett said, “It’s been a pleasure to lead our already successful Women in Tech campaign for 2021 and we believe to close the year with this kind of recognition is fantastic for the team. I hope ANS will continue to set the standard for other organisations in the technology sector in the future.”
ANS CEO, Paul Shannon added, “In our opinion, this recognition is a testament to the hard work the ANS team dedicates to our Women in Tech campaign. Every person plays a part in making ANS a safe and inclusive place for everyone and I’m proud to work at an organisation leading the way in gender diversity initiatives.”
