ANS Group Limited (ANS) can announce today that it has acquired Alithya UK operations, from its US parent, Alithya Zero2Ten, Inc., at an undisclosed valuation, with an effective date of October 2nd 2019.
ANS and Alithya have partnered closely for several years and through this relationship entered discussions of a mutually beneficial approach to allow Alithya to divest a small part of their overall business whilst enabling ANS to expand its digital services capability in a core cloud solution set.
Alithya UK has become one of the key players in the UK for Microsoft Dynamics based digital solutions with an exceptional reputation within Microsoft and their customers alike. The acquisition is seen as a perfect fit for ANS, as the UK’s leading digital and cloud services provider, and it will bring some of the most talented Dynamics experts in the UK into a team already bursting with digital expertise.
