As we come to the end of 2024, we wanted to look back and reflect on the year for ANS Channel…
We kicked the year off with a bang with the announcement of being a Pinnacle Partner of VMWare by Broadcom. This acknowledgment highlighted our deep-rooted partnership, and makes ANS is 1 of 7 key strategic partners, and 1 of only 2 VMware Sovereign Cloud Partners in the UK.
This was then followed by the fantastic news of our strategic partnership with Global4 which we entered into to leverage each other’s expertise and experience to deliver world-class services and help businesses and their customers on their digital transformation journey.
We also joined an episode of Comms Business Live, Ryan Martin, Head of Indirect at ANS, and Dave Funnell, Senior Manager of VMware by Broadcom’s cloud provider business, talk to Charlotte Hathway, editor of Comms Business, about digital transformation in the channel. It was a brilliant episode discussing how resellers and MSPs could find richer opportunities by finding a partner that can help them navigate and expand on their cloud proposition. In March, we ventured down to Birmingham for Channel Live 2024, one of the key events in the channel calendar. We had a great two-days at the event, with lots of fantastic conversations at our stand with current and new partners looking to evolve and diversify with digital transformation services.
ANS Channel joined the Northern Regionals at the Big Goal tournament in May, where the team had a brilliant day and won two out of four matches! The Big Goal, led by Street Soccer Foundation, provides the chance to offer young people an opportunity to develop their skills further through work experience, apprenticeships, and mentoring, helping to drive equality, diversity, and inclusion within organisations. In May, we launched our colocation offering to our partners that want the ability to scale their IT infrastructure up or down without the capital expenditures associated with building and maintaining their own data centres. By partnering with ANS, we are perfectly equipped to support in all aspects of your digital strategy, from colocation to the cloud.
Earlier this year, we introduced ANS’s Academy as a Service to select Partners, as a new addition to our Partner Programme. Our commitment extends beyond training; we facilitate a fully collaborative journey where every stakeholder thrives. This followed by a busy month collaborating with our partners to showcase how our services compliment each other, such as a webinar with our partners Creative Computing where we delved into the exciting features and benefits of integrating Dynamics Business Central with Dynamics CRM, and showcased how valuable insights from both platforms enhance workflow efficiency and productivity.
We also launched our Dynamics white-label toolkit which includes a comprehensive campaign in a box with content, emails, microsite, social, infographic, social media, and assets so our partners can easily go-to-market with Dynamics solutions, generating sales leads and positioning themselves as thought leaders in digital transformation.
We then celebrated at this year’s Channel Champions as we scooped up two awards; ‘HR, People and Culture’ award for the second consecutive year, and ‘Apprenticeship Champions’!
We were awarded for the positive and healthy business culture that we’ve developed over the years, in which people can be themselves and thrive in, as well as for our award-winning and Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ apprenticeship programme that inspires young people to build successful careers in a safe and supportive environment.
On August 22nd we welcomed our ANS partners, resellers, tech professionals and MSPs to our ‘Elevate’ partner summit event at our ANS HQ. It was a jam-packed event with talks from tech leaders, ANS experts, and a keynote speaker from Microsoft. It was a fantastic day to network, socialise, and learn more about the ANS Partner Channel.
ANS Channel was also finalists at the CNAs 2024 for our ANS Partner Programme and Best SME Vertical Product, for our very own eCloud solution. It was another great evening catching up with partners and celebrating the wonderful achievements in the channel!
We then decided to redesign our commission scheme and referral programme, Elevate, for our partners so that they can generate additional revenue with ease. We understand the importance of timely and rewarding commission payments. Our new scheme is a testament to our commitment to supporting our partners and ensuring you have the tools and incentives to thrive. In November, the annual Comms Vision 2024 celebrated its 18th year with another successful event! The most prestigious event in the channel centred around two pivotal themes: understanding the technological forces reshaping the channel’s future and building a fit-for-purpose sales and marketing model. As a proud Gold sponsor at the event, our Head of Indirect, Ryan Martin, and Director of Biz Apps, Selom Bulla, put on two boardroom sessions “Cut the cord: Cashing in on Cloud, Digital & AI”, showcasing our award-winning Microsoft Partnership and revealed how AI, Dynamics and Microsoft’s Copilot are transforming business operations, and how partners can easily offer these services to their customers and build a thriving MSP business. It was a fantastic event, as always, providing insights into how MSPs can adapt their go-to-market strategies to meet these evolving demands. You can read our highlights here.
