More specifically, during this round table we would like to open the floor and invite you to share your thoughts on the following topics:

  • In what ways can housing providers leverage data to improve processes and reporting and achieve a single view of the customer journey?
  • When is digital engagement preferential to human interaction for customers?
  • What does a cloud operating model need to look like?
  • How can housing associations protect business processes, staff, and customers from increasingly sophisticated cyber-attacks?
