Head of Finance Performance & Improvement at HM Treasury

Government Finance Function. With over six years of dedicated service at HM Treasury, Lorraine brings a wealth of experience from her extensive career in the public sector. She has held significant roles in the Department for International Trade (DIT), the Department of Health and Social Care, and the Department for Work and Pensions. Lorraine’s expertise in financial management and performance improvement has been instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and fostering innovation across various government departments.

Ian Wiles

Head of Automation Centre at UK Home Office

Ian Wiles is the Head of the Automation Centre in the Chief Technology Office at the Home Office. With extensive experience in complex public sector environments, Ian excels in developing relationships and briefing senior officials. He is currently focused on establishing the infrastructure to scale automation within the Home Office and providing strategic advice to teams across the organisation. Ian’s previous roles include positions at the Department for Education, the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), and the Department for Work and Pensions. His deep expertise in public sector automation and strategic implementation makes him a key leader in driving technological innovation and efficiency.

Diane Washbrook

Service Owner at Office for National Statistics

Dianne Washbrook is currently the Service Owner at the Office of National Statistics. With 25 years of experience in IT within the Civil Service, Dianne has held a variety of technical and delivery roles. Over the past five years, she has been working extensively with the Microsoft Power Platform and is a passionate advocate for low-code development within the public sector. Her deep expertise and commitment to innovation have been instrumental in driving digital transformation and efficiency across government services.

Sophie Gray

Head of Microsoft Business Solutions, Sales & Technical Sales at Microsoft

With over 15 years of experience in business application systems, Sophie is passionate about helping organisations achieve success through technology. As the Head of Microsoft Business Solutions, Sales and Technical Sales, Sophie enables customers to deliver transformational customer experience, customer service, finance and supply chain, and low code experiences using Microsoft's Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure solutions.

Janet Robb

Director of Customer Enablement

Janet joined ANS as Director of Customer Enablement, however is no stranger to Power Platform and has been working with the technology from its inception. She arrives fresh from Microsoft where she was a Senior Customer Success Manager and her only focus was that customers saw success from their digital transformations. Janet is a leader in enablement and lives and breaths change management. She believes in supporting her customers through the whole process , the technology and the adoption because it is the 'People' that make a digital transformation successful. She is also one of the founding members of the Power Platform community and supports individuals achieve their career goals.
