Meet the speakers

Joe Kelly
Strategic Lead for Hospitals, Manchester Community Response, Reablement and Digital, Manchester City Council
Joe is a registered Social Worker, and holds a MBA from Manchester Metropolitan University. His focus has been on improving the quality of data held within health and social care systems, by empowering staff and improving connectivity and visibility of data to inform decision making.
Joe developed new ways of working to support Hospital Discharge, to improve flow from hospital, as well overseeing the Central Reablement Service, achieve Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission. He continues to deliver on digital and organisational transformation programs to support the citizens of Manchester.

Andy Bissenden
Associate Director of Digital, East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust.
Andy Bissenden is a seasoned digital transformation leader with a wealth of experience in the healthcare sector. As the CIO at East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust, Andy has been instrumental in driving the trust's digital strategy and transformation initiatives. His leadership has been pivotal in the implementation of cutting-edge technologies, including electronic patient records (EPR) and digital infrastructure networks, which have significantly improved patient care and operational efficiency.

Ross Milhench
Account Director, Microsoft
Ross is a dedicated Microsoft Technology Strategist, focusing on empowering Local and Regional Government in the United Kingdom, with a particular emphasis on the Midlands and Yorkshire. His vision is to drive innovation and scalability in public services.
Ross has led digital transformation programmes that have improved service delivery, enhanced citizen engagement, and reduced costs for public sector organisations. He holds an MBA from Manchester Metropolitan University.

Lyndon Hughes
Industry Lead: Healthcare
Lyndon currently leads ANS’ Healthcare team. A career spanning 19 years in technology consulting and managed services; Lyndon’s previous 8 years have been with ANS where he has been privileged to support and enable public sector organisations across Social Housing, Not-for-Profit, Police, Central and Local Government and most recently, Healthcare to improve public services and patient health through Microsoft technology adoption.

James Pollard
Industry Leads: Government
James Pollard has been a pivotal member of ANS for nearly four years, recently stepping into the role of Local and Central Government Industry Lead. James is dedicated to helping government organisations embrace innovative, forward-thinking solutions that turn digital transformation into a reality.
