Lyndon Hughes
Government Industry Lead at ANS
Lyndon currently leads ANS’ Government team. A career spanning 19-years in technology consulting and managed services; Lyndon’s previous 7 years have been with ANS where he has been privileged to support and enable public sector organisations across social housing, not-for-profit, police and most recently local and central government to improve public services through Microsoft technology adoption.

Jon Burt
Head of Enterprise Architecture at Manchester City Council
Jon is the City Council’s Head of Enterprise Architecture working across the authority and with its partners to deliver on the priorities set out in the ICT and Digital strategy whilst embedding current and future digital, data & technology capabilities. Jon also works with the Greater Manchester Combined Authority, the other 9 Local Authorities in the region, Health and Transport public sector organisations collaborating on mutually beneficial programmes which enhance citizens and businesses experience aligned with the Greater Manchester Digital Blueprint.
Jon has over 25 year’s public sector experience in architecting and delivering solutions at the forefront of technology across infrastructure, applications, security and data including some of the largest and complex programmes in local and regional government.

Paul James
Chief Digital Officer at Trafford Council
Paul has been working at Trafford Council for nearly 6 years where he is responsible for the strategic leadership of Trafford Council and NHS GM's Digital transformation and IT operational services.

Ross Milhench MBA
Technology Strategist at Microsoft
Ross is a dedicated Microsoft Technology Strategist, focusing on empowering Local and Regional Government across Greater Manchester. His vision is to drive innovation and scalability in public services. Ross has led digital transformation projects that have improved service delivery, enhanced citizen engagement, and reduced costs for public sector organisations. He holds an MBA from Manchester Metropolitan University.
