Neil Gibbs
Cloud Engagement Service Lead at NHS England
Neil serves as the Cloud Engagement Lead for NHS England's Cloud Centre of Excellence. With over eight years of experience at NHS England, he began his journey in the Live Services team as a Senior Service Manager, overseeing national clinical services like the Spine. In 2021, he transitioned to Infrastructure Services.
Neil collaborates with NHS trusts and integrated care systems to facilitate their cloud migration journeys. Additionally, he plays a pivotal role in disseminating best practices and guidance across the healthcare system through NHS England's Cloud Centre of Excellence.
Jon Carter
Client Executive at Microsoft UK Healthcare Team
Jon has worked full-time in the IT industry for the last 19 years. He has used the knowledge gained from working across a variety of technical, and leadership roles in both the public, and private sectors to listen to, and better understand the ‘voice of the customer’. He's spent 5 years working in the NHS with an Acute, and Mental Health Trust. He is passionate about mental health with his own lived experience, his dad was a paramedic and his Mum, a ward sister, the NHS is part of his DNA.
Now working for as a Client Executive in the Microsoft UK Healthcare Team, Jon consults with c-suite level NHS decision makers across the South Coast of England, helping to drive improvements and efficiencies leveraging the Microsoft technology stack. Jon gives regular keynote talks on behalf of Microsoft with an AI focus, and is a respected technology evangelist in his industry.
