Customer success is 70% enablement and 30% technical implementation. Technology is only useful if it is being properly used by an organisation. Enablement focuses on the process to empower a business to realise the benefits.
Awareness
Ensuring your people are aware of technical changes and new solutions to ensure adoption across the organisation, and the most impact from your tech.
Engagement
Identifying the importance and impact of technical changes for different departments across the business. Helping people understand how the change helps them.
Education
Creating an understanding and knowledge of the processes, accessibility and usage of a new solution. Ensuring staff understand the benefit and how to adopt.
Empowerment
Supporting users to understand the skills required to use a new solution and empowering them through training.
Monitoring
Tracking the progress of usage, and the benefits users are realising from the new technology. This part of the process focuses on ROI of the investment and understanding how the solution is helping employees and customers.
Enablement Workshops
The depth of engagement will allow us to establish the level of workshops required by you. ANS offers three levels of engagement, to support your business’ enablement journey.
Educate
We run Education Sessions to share more about the core areas of change management and how an organisation should be planning for and executing in these areas. These are typically multiple two-hour sessions run over a set period.Strategy
We will work together to focus on various areas within the platform and build a strategy and roadmap for each area as well as an overall strategy to make sure that the organisation is enabled for adoptionDeploy
