Level 2 Technical Analyst

Kirsty Fitzpatrick

Kirsty joined the ANS Academy in July 2016 as a 2nd Line Technical Analyst. She’s since flourished in her role and is regularly given a shoutout for all her hard work at our quarterly All Staff meeting while also being a big advocate for women in technical roles.

“I didn’t really want to stay in full time education. I didn’t want to be stuck in a classroom all day when I knew I could be earning while learning practical skills. I also love meeting new people. I have such a good laugh with everyone and the atmosphere is mostly quite relaxed.”

Junior Creative

Leia Nixon

Since joining the marketing Team as an apprentice, Leia has made the role her own and showing that with some hard work and dedication, anything is possible. She even earned herself Director’s choice Apprentice of the Year at the 2019 Christmas Party Awards.

“Working at ANS has opened my eyes to a whole new career path and I’ve found a job I love doing every day. You get to enjoy all the same perks as an Apprentice and the All Staff meetings and summer party are definitely some of the highlights!”

People Operations Assistant

Lewis Massey

Lewis joined ANS as a Technical Analyst Apprentice, since then, he’s gone on to form a vital part of our People Operations Team. He looks after all our employee benefits and onboarding, so he might be the first friendly face you meet on your first day!

“The business itself and the way it is operated just amazed me. Being a school leaver, I had never seen something so unique. I came in for my assessment day and was just blown away by the office and the service desk. After seeing that, I knew I wanted to work here”
